  5. A. So?? NAD has supported continuous playback since it was a command prompt
  6. program. Infact the continuous playback in NAD is probably the most advanced
  7. there is. So all you mp3player coders out there... Its nothing new... Been
  8. there, got the T-Shirt....

  11. Q. Why Does NAD Sound Better than 'Other' MPx Players.
  12. Q. Why does NAD Run So Fast?
  13. A. Nad sounds better because it is not based on the IIS Layer 3 implementation.
  14. Because I have programmed every line of the decoding engine myself, I had the
  15. opportiunity to make sure the audio quality was the highest possible at the same
  16. time I was able to make sure the routines were as optimized as possible.

  19. Q. Why doesn't nad have Task Priority selectors?
  20. A. In the general preferences section of nad, there is the ability to set your
  21. computers CPU type, This switches nad to use routines especially optimized for
  22. that particular processor. It also allows nad to dynamically boost its task
  23. priority if it detects its running too slowly. In other words, you dont need to
  24. set the task priority, nad will do it itself...

  28. A. Yes, to Non-Commercial users. Commercial users must buy a per-user licence, or
  29. to distribute nad with your package, a re-distribution licence, which also provides
  30. you with a custom version of nad that suits your needs.

  34. A. I suppose so... is a Oscilliscope and a Spectrum Analyser ok? (it'd better be)

  42. A. No. You might think the web-site is 'basic' but thats how I like it. The truth
  43. is Java, JavaScript, Tables, Animated Gifs etc. etc. etc. Annoy me a LOT I dont want
  44. to have to spend 5minuites downloading a web-page, and I like to pass that on to
  45. NAD users.

  50. A. No, I have nothing at all to do with NAD Electronics....

  58. A. We have little people who use VERY small scissors and they cut the window to shape
